Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Mister Seven ("MR7", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website mr7.ae and its associated sub-pages. We provide real estate brokerage, advisory, legal, finance, concierge, and technology services in the United Arab Emirates, operating from C101, The Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us. This includes:

  • Contact form data: name, email address, phone number, and any message content you submit via mr7.ae/contact or mr7.ae/iftar.
  • AI chat interactions: the text content of conversations you initiate with our AI Concierge widget (Seven). These messages may include your name, property preferences, budget, and contact details if you share them.
  • Agent/partner enquiries: name, email, phone, professional background, and any documents submitted via mr7.ae/join.
  • Website usage data: anonymised analytics data (page views, session duration, referral source) collected via website analytics tools.

We do not collect payment card data on this website. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry and connect you with the appropriate Mister Seven service team.
  • To send a notification to our team via Telegram so that a human team member can follow up promptly.
  • To qualify your real estate, investment, or advisory needs so we can provide relevant assistance.
  • To comply with UAE anti-money laundering (AML) regulations if a business relationship develops (name, identification, and source-of-funds documentation may be requested separately at that stage).
  • To improve our website and services using anonymised aggregate analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of:

  • Consent: when you submit a contact form or initiate a chat, you are consenting to us processing that data to respond.
  • Legitimate interest: to operate our business, respond to enquiries, and prevent misuse of our services.
  • Legal obligation: where UAE AML or RERA regulations require us to retain or report information.

5. How We Share Your Data

Your data may be shared with:

  • Internal team: Mister Seven staff and authorised agents who need the information to respond to your enquiry.
  • Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.): contact form and meeting request submissions are forwarded via Telegram's Bot API to our team's private channel. Telegram's privacy policy applies to data processed by their platform.
  • Anthropic (Anthropic PBC): chat messages sent to the Seven AI Concierge are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic's privacy policy applies. We do not store AI chat transcripts on our servers.
  • CRM / webhook: if a CRM integration is active, lead data may be forwarded to our internal CRM system for follow-up tracking.

We do not share your data with any other third party without your explicit consent, except where required by UAE law.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and lead data are retained for up to 24 months to support ongoing service relationships and regulatory record-keeping requirements. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

Our website is served over HTTPS. Data submitted via our forms is transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access. No internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to regulatory retention obligations).
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@mr7.ae with the subject line "Data Rights Request". We will respond within 30 days.

9. UAE PDPL Compliance

We are committed to compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and its implementing regulations. If you are a UAE resident and believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

10. International Visitors (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR including those listed in Section 8. Our AI processing (Section 5) may involve data transfers to the United States (Anthropic). Such transfers occur under Anthropic's standard contractual safeguards.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of mr7.ae after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
