1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website mr7.ae ("Site") or any services offered by Mister Seven ("MR7", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), specifically the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

2. About Mister Seven

Mister Seven is a Dubai-based multi-disciplinary business group providing real estate brokerage, advisory, legal facilitation, finance, concierge, and technology services. Our office is located at C101, The Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

Real estate brokerage activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) requirements.

3. Website Use

You may use the Site for lawful personal and commercial enquiry purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates UAE law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its backend systems.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or AI chat interface.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without written permission.
  • Misuse the AI chat API — including deliberate attempts to exhaust rate limits or manipulate the AI concierge.

4. AI Concierge (Seven)

The Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant ("Seven") powered by Anthropic's Claude. This assistant is designed to qualify enquiries and provide general information about Mister Seven's services and the UAE property market.

  • Seven's responses are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
  • Property prices, yields, and market data cited by Seven are general reference figures and may not reflect current market conditions or specific property availability.
  • Any transaction, investment, or legal action must be verified and formalised through our human team. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of AI chat responses.
  • Conversations with Seven may be reviewed by Mister Seven staff for quality assurance and to respond to your enquiry.

5. No Representations or Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is". We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, including without limitation:

  • That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • That property market data, yields, or forecasts referenced on the Site are current, accurate, or applicable to any specific transaction.
  • That the AI concierge will qualify, approve, or recommend any particular investment or property.

Past performance of UAE real estate markets does not guarantee future results. All investment carries risk.

6. Real Estate Regulatory Notice

Real estate brokerage in Dubai requires a valid RERA licence. Mister Seven operates within the applicable regulatory framework. Prospective buyers and investors are encouraged to:

  • Verify any property with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) before transacting.
  • Conduct independent legal and financial due diligence.
  • Understand that off-plan investments carry development and delivery risk.

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or solicitation to purchase any specific property or investment product.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Mister Seven and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content, including AI-generated responses.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed AED 1,000 (one thousand UAE dirhams).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on mr7.ae — including text, images, graphics, logos, and AI chat outputs generated in response to Site visitor queries — is the property of Mister Seven or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including developer websites, property portals, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
